We want every student to succeed, and we understand that circumstances change. This policy defines our refund terms clearly so that you can enroll with confidence.
Eligibility for Refund
A refund request must meet ALL of the following conditions:
Submitted in writing to KEVIN@KEVMARKETING.COM within 3 days of the original purchase date.
Include your full name, order number, and reason for the request.
You have completed no more than 40 % of the curriculum (measured by module access logs provided by our fulfillment partner).
How to Request a Refund
Email KEVIN@KEVINMARKETING.COM with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Name]." We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
Partnership Coordination
Because your training is delivered in partnership with SUPPORT@ELYSIUMTRADERS.COM, we coordinate the refund review with them to confirm course-access and attendance data. This does not slow down your refund — the SLA remains as stated. The Kevin Estate remains the merchant of record and is responsible for issuing any approved refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. For financed purchases (e.g., Affirm, Bread), refunds coordinate with the lender and may take additional time.
Non-Refundable Items
Payment plan installments after the initial refund window has expired
Setup or onboarding fees (if applicable)
Programs purchased with promotional discounts of 50% or greater (unless required by law)
Third-party prop firm evaluation fees (these are paid to the prop firm, not to [BRAND], and we cannot refund them)
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly by our support team. Unjustified chargebacks will be contested with documentation including your signed enrollment agreement, click-through checkout acceptance, recorded sales call, partnership disclosure acknowledgment, and course-access logs.
