Marketing and advertising activities

Lead generation

Sales and enrollment services

Customer onboarding coordination

Billing administration

General customer support

For certain programs, The Kevin Estate serves as the merchant of record and processes customer payments directly.

Third-Party Fulfillment Providers

Educational services, coaching delivery, mentorship access, curriculum, consulting services, community access, training materials, and program fulfillment may be provided by independent third-party fulfillment partners operating under separate legal entities.

These fulfillment partners are responsible for:

Educational content delivery

Coaching and mentorship services

Curriculum development

Student training

Community management

Program fulfillment

The specific fulfillment provider associated with a customer's enrollment will be disclosed before or at the time of purchase.

Independent Business Relationship

The Kevin Estate and its fulfillment partners are separate and independent businesses.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Neither company owns the other.

Neither company is a subsidiary of the other.

Neither company is a joint venture partner of the other.

Each company maintains its own ownership, management, operations, and legal responsibilities.

The relationship between The Kevin Estate and its fulfillment partners is governed by independent contractual agreements.

Customer Support

Questions regarding billing, payments, refunds, enrollment status, and account access should be directed to The Kevin Estate.

Questions regarding curriculum, coaching, training materials, mentorship, educational content, and program delivery may be directed to the applicable fulfillment provider when appropriate.

The Kevin Estate may coordinate directly with fulfillment partners on behalf of customers to assist with service-related matters.
